Participation in “THE PROMOTION” implies the knowledge and acceptance of the terms, conditions, limitations, restrictions, disqualification criteria, and mechanics (hereinafter, Terms and Conditions), as well as of the privacy notice and of the authorization(s) of an irrevocable nature contained in this document. Likewise, such participation also implies submission to said rules and to the decisions of the Organizer.
The foregoing is understood on the basis that any violation of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate disqualification of whoever has incurred in said violation or, as applicable, in the revocation of the incentive, without any liability for the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify, at any time, any participant who induces error, suggests, or engages in illegal practices in relation to this Promotion. The Organizer shall immediately suspend “THE PROMOTION,” without assuming any liability, if indications or reasonable doubt of fraud or attempted fraud are detected. Likewise, it reserves the right to disable the website or suspend the delivery of incentives when, in its own judgment, fraud or deception is suspected.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify, at any time, that each participating person complies with the eligibility conditions to participate in “The Promotion,” and shall be released from any obligation when it has been verified that the eligibility conditions are not met.Participating persons accept that all decisions adopted by the Organizer, its legal representatives or executives, employees, affiliates and/or subsidiaries on any matter related to “The Promotion” shall be final.
“THE PROMOTION” shall be in effect from [June 24, 2026] to [July 19, 2026].
All persons who are at least 18 years of age as of the start date of the term of “THE PROMOTION,” and who reside within the Mexican Republic, may participate.
EXCEPTION: Employees and/or direct family members of employees, interns or contractors working at [HC26], its affiliates, subsidiaries or related entities, as well as employees of any of the agencies involved in the execution of this promotion, or direct family members of all of the foregoing, as well as any persons who directly or indirectly participate in the development or execution thereof, or their direct family members, may not participate.

The participating person must purchase the following participating products:

b. Participating establishments
Any purchase with your Cashless card within the FFF.
c. Registration
Subsequently, the participating person must register or log in with their account at:[website / application]where they must provide the following data:Full name.Email address.Cashless card number.The information will be stored in a database administered by FIFA Fan Festival and Fanki for purposes of participation validation and delivery of incentives.Registration in the promotion must be completed only once during the entire term thereof.Once the initial registration is completed, the participant may continue participating in the various dynamics and trivias corresponding to each match using the same account and the same registered Cashless card, without needing to register again.It shall be the participant's responsibility to keep the information provided during registration updated and correct.Each participant may register only one Cashless card associated with a single participation account.The Organizer may invalidate duplicate registrations, multiple accounts associated with the same person, or any attempt to manipulate the participation system.
d. Validation
During each match, five (5) participation opportunities will be enabled through the publication of different QR codes on the official screens of the FIFA Fan Festival.
The QR codes will appear at the following moments:
1) Before the start of the match.
2) First hydration break.Half-time.Second hydration break.At the end of the match.The promotion will consist of a single dynamic divided into five (5) independent participation stages, each associated with a QR code and a specific trivia.Each stage will be enabled at a different moment of the match according to the schedule established by the Organizer.Each QR code will lead to an independent trivia.To be considered eligible, the participating person must:Follow the official Instagram account @mexicocity26_ during the term of the promotion.Have completed their registration on the landing page.Correctly answer the five (5) trivias corresponding to the match.Have made a minimum of five (5) purchases using their Cashless card within the FIFA Fan Festival during the corresponding day.The five (5) required purchases may be made at any time during the day corresponding to the match, provided they are made before the close of participant validation at the end of the match.All purchases made with the Cashless card within the FIFA Fan Festival will be considered valid for purposes of this promotion, regardless of the transaction amount, provided they correspond to participating establishments and can be verified through the transactional records of the Cashless system.The validation of purchases will be carried out by Fanki and the operating team of the FIFA Fan Festival through the transaction records associated with the Cashless card registered by the participant.Successful participation in a stage does not guarantee eligibility to obtain an incentive; it is essential to correctly complete all of the stages and meet the other requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.The system will record the exact date and time of participation in each of the stages for purposes of validation, audit and determination of winners.Participants who do not prove a minimum of five (5) valid purchases during the day of the match will be automatically disqualified, even if they have correctly answered the five trivias.
